Thank you runners, volunteers and sponsors!

I wanted to thank everyone who participated in the first annual Every Stride 5K/10K event. From the over 700 runners to the 80 volunteers and race committee members to the dozens of sponsors to help make this event happen.

As a first time race director I could never imagine how much work would need to be done and how many people it would take to put on an event like this and for a first time race I hope everyone was pleased. We have a lot of things to tweak and will do that with your help and feedback. But, as a runner I know that the running community is large and we always work together to help others. So, let's make it a goal to make a great race next year and keep inviting others to join the running community.
